Great writeup on frontier discovery tech! Love to see the appreciation for μMap capabilities. Can't wait to never see another TurboID experiment for as long as I live. And if anything, you're underselling LC-MS: we can routinely quant 10k proteins in bulk samples, which is much more useful than single-cell for practical purposes. Excited for this new gen of logic-gated ADCs though! just getting started
Absolutely. Thank you for reading through the whole blog.
Bulk MS is very good. And can help at single-cell resolution when combined with scRNA-seq. This workflow is very useful practically as you pointed out. There are also XL-MS and AP-MS if aren’t exactly enriching for surface.
I also omitted flow cytometry which is single-cell and high throughput. High dimensional flow is getting more and more useful as well.
all super cool methods and I am not an expert by any means so likely more I am not aware of. I had to omit these to keep the essay readable.

Nice technical and historical summary of these promising therapeutic frontiers!
Thank you so much for the support, Eric!
A shame we did not have any room to talk about the all the cool delivery vehicles in development.
